Please allow 7-12 days from receipt of order for shipping.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Please note colours on the screen may appear slightly different to the printed products, we really do try our best to represent products as accurately as possible.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Our Money back guarantee applies exclusively to misprinted products and damaged or defective products upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot refund change of mind/ buyer’s remorse decisions. We ask that items to be refunded be returned in original packaging to returns address listed on the packaging, accompanied by photographic evidence sent to info@roarvibes.com within 7 days of receiving goods.
